Omar Hemady joined Bingham in 2007. He advises and represents investment advisers and registered and unregistered investment companies. Omar has experience advising clients in securities-related regulatory and corporate matters, including organization and operation of hedge funds and organization and operation of investment advisers, as well as in drafting and negotiating offering memoranda, investment management agreements, subscription documents and other related agreements.
